Gluten-free Base

Our gluten and wheat-free pizza base is comprised of corn starch, rice flour, tapioca, guar flour and vegetable fibre. We then add fibre and inulin (dietary fibre extracted from chicory roots), and GanedenBC30® cultures (“beneficial bacteria”). Home-made tomato sauce, using fresh tomatoes, and low fat mozzarella are then added, as are high-quality toppings.
